How do I submit my application?

STEP 1

If you are eligible to submit an application you must identify the study programme you wish to study at the University of Burgundy in 2025-2026 from the offer in your study field.

STEP 2

Contact the head of the study programme which interests you by email to obtain their approval to study this programme in the 2025-2026 academic year. Outline your study plans to them and your desire to receive the Eiffel Scholarship and ask which documents (CV, cover letter, proof of results, diplomas...) you should send them so they can judge how suitable your application is.

STEP 3

If you receive a positive response on the suitability of your application from the head of your study programme, contact the International Office by email (Cette adresse e-mail est protégée contre les robots spammeurs. Vous devez activer le JavaScript pour la visualiser.) to finalise your application dossier. Please include the proof of approval from the head of your study programme in your email (e.g. forward the email with the positive response from the head of your study programme) to the International Office.

The International Office will then send you the link to submit your application and to see the list of the mandatory documents. The deadline to send all documents to the International Office is 6th December 2024.

STEP 4

The International Office will upload your dossier directly onto the Campus France website. For more information on the Eiffel scholarship programme of excellence, consult the Campus France website.

STEP 5

The process to claim the Eiffel Scholarship does not exempt you from the official admission process at the University of Burgundy! You must submit your admission request following the instructions published on the International Office website.

To be noted

  • If you are selected by Campus France to receive the Eiffel scholarship, you will be contacted
directly by their office. Please do not contact the university.
