Registration fees and accommodation
Participants can choose between different participation fees options:
- 300 euros: basic participation fees for 1 person;
- 450 euros: basic participation fees for 1 person and 6 nights accommodation for 1 person in high quality apartment ;
- 500 euros: basic participation fees for 1 person and accommodation provided for 2 people in high quality apartment. If the second person staying in said accommodation would also like to take part in the staff week programme, they must only pay the basic participation fee.
Basic participation fees cover expenses of all activities scheduled in the 4-day long Staff Week programme: workshops, classes, cultural and sport activities, 4 lunches and 4 coffee breaks, 3 dinners, wine tasting as well as Dijon public transport card and orientation welcome pack.
Housing at City Loft in the city-centre
If you decided to stay in the housing option suggested by us - a private apartment in the city centre - you will be staying in the City Loft residence. Situated in the heart of the city-centre, the address is 96 rue des Godrans street. We booked the same residence for all participants who have chosen the option with housing to allow for a more communal experience.
- The City Loft reception is open from: 06:30 - 13:00; 15:00 - 00:00.
- The tourist tax as well as breakfast on week-days are included in this offer.
- If you plan on staying in City Loft with someone who is not going to participate in our official Staff Week programme, bear in mind that the cost of the tourist tax (approximately 2 euros/day) and breakfast for this person must be paid by the person themselves.
If you plan on coming to Dijon by train, you can get to City Loft from Dijon's railway station:
- by foot in 10 minutes: once you exit the railway station at the main entrance go straight ahead following the tramway until reaching the Darcy square where you will see the Porte Guillaume monument (it's Dijon's version of Paris's Arc de triomphe). Pass through Porte Guillaume and continue along the street named Rue de la Liberté (Dijon's main street). At the H&M shop, turn left onto the street named Rue des Godrans and in couple of meters you will see the City Loft residence.
- by tramway: take the tram T1 Quetigny in front of the railway station and get off at Godrans. Descend the street Rue des Godrans until you see the City Loft residence on your right. Be aware you must buy a tram ticket before and validate it upon entering the tram.
If you are coming by bus, you will most probably arrive in front of the railway station and can take the same route as those arriving by train to get to City Loft.
If you plan on coming by car, City Loft is situated in a protected area which you cannot reach without special permission for your vehicle, but you can park your car at Parking Grangier which is a minute walk away from City Loft. The price for 24 hours parking is 10 euros. On Monday you have the option to move your car to the university and leave it onsite for free.
